You're here because something is unresolved. Sobriety raised questions the program was never built to answer. Faith got complicated and the institutions stopped fitting. You may have even left the church but the longing stayed — quieter now, but still present.
Google searches and self-help content won't reach where the real questions live. These resources will.
Free. Honest. No pressure.
Built specifically for men in recovery, Gen Z men navigating faith without a map, and those who never stopped believing — even when they stopped belonging.
Start where you are. Take what is useful. Leave the rest.
This section is for the man who's looking for footing — whether that's your first sober day, your first meeting, or a hard night you're trying to get through. None of it costs anything, and none of it requires you to already have the language for what you're feeling. Find what you need, use it, and come back when you're ready to talk about the deeper work.
If you're in crisis, in danger, or just can't see a way through the next few hours, reach a person now. These lines are free, confidential, and answered around the clock.

Alcoholics Anonymous doesn't run one big national list — meetings are local, and they're kept current by the people who show up to them. That's a feature, not a flaw, but it means the fastest way to find one is to go straight to AA's own front doors rather than any list we could keep here.
These cover all fifty states and most of the world.

If you've never walked into a meeting before, here's the only thing you need to know going in: you don't have to say anything. You can sit in the back, listen, and leave. Nobody will ask you to explain yourself, and nobody will be surprised that you came. That's the whole point of the room.
